What We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, through the forms on this site:
- Platform access requests (homepage): name, email address, country, Telegram username (optional), trading experience, trading style, approximate capital range and any message you include.
- Contact form: name, email address, the topic you select and your message.
- Newsletter subscription: email address only.
When you submit a form, we also record the IP address the request came from. This is used only to apply a short-term rate limit against spam and abuse, and is not published or shared.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to respond to access requests and enquiries, to evaluate whether the platform is a fit for you, and, only where you have subscribed, to send research and product updates. We do not use the data for any purpose beyond what you submitted it for.
How It’s Stored and Sent
Form submissions are stored in this site’s own WordPress database. Notifications about new submissions, and any confirmation emails sent back to you, are delivered by the site’s own mail sending system. No third-party email marketing platform is involved in that path.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not load third-party advertising or analytics trackers. WordPress itself may set a small number of functional cookies (for example, to keep a logged-in session working) where applicable; these are not used to track you across other sites.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where required to operate the site itself (for example, our hosting provider, which processes data purely to keep the site running) or where required by law.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. The quickest way to do that is through our contact form.
